#31 The Palmer, which to my understanding, was made in Chicago, Illinois.  It has a very slight tip to heel blade-width taper. This is intentional and is not an indication that the razor was honed improperly. I have always been partial to this type of grind because I like the way they shave.  A very good choice for a man on a limited budget.
