There is a strong possibility that the blades I have used on this group of “hybrid” razors are a Polish Wapienica surgical stainless steel. Most of these gems did not even come with scales when I purchased them from a fellow who lives in Europe. Whoever forged these beauties did a fantastic job. I refinished the surfaces to my taste and scratched my name on them as an endorsement of quality. They sharpen up really nice and they provide a dandy shave.
