This 5/8’s wide blade sits between celluloid scales. The profile is referred to as a tapered smile. The blade was intentionally ground narrower at the heel than it is at the tip/point of the blade.  Although this blade is better suited to a shaver with a little experience under his belt with the stones, I find these types of blades to be very enjoyable to shave with. It should not need honing for quite some time so most of you boys can pick up on your skills before this one needs much attention. It’s a dandy... Pile side tang has “333” stamped. The razor was made and ground in Germany.
